The Victorinox Grand Maître Chef's Knife (7.7400.20G) is a forged knife with a 20 cm extra-wide stainless steel blade and a modified maple wood handle. It is made for chopping, dicing, slicing and cutting meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.

- Extra-wide blade: the 20 cm straight-edge blade is extra wide for chopping, dicing and slicing.
- Forged full tang: the forged stainless steel blade runs the full length of the handle for balance.
- Maple wood handle: the handle is made of modified maple, hand-polished and ergonomically shaped.
- Size and weight: the knife is 352 mm long overall and weighs 337 g.
- Hand wash only: the knife is not dishwasher safe.
Care
Wash the knife by hand and dry it straight away. The wooden handle should not go in the dishwasher.
