What Shipping Methods are Available?

Dizzle currently fulfils orders within the Republic of Cyprus. We provide 2 different shipping methods as follows:
  1. Home Delivery
  2. Delivery to your closest service point of ACS Courier or AKIS Express
Home delivery is performed either directly from Dizzle or by ACS Courier and AKIS Express depending on the delivery location. Ususaly delivery within Nicosia is performed by Dizzle and delivery to any other city is performed by ACS Courier or AKIS Express.
If the delivery location is at any other city except Nicosia, it is usually faster to have your product delivered to an ACS Courier or AKIS Express location. When the item arrives there the courier service will send you an SMS notification of arrival. Then you can visit the courier service point and collect your product.

What Payment Methods are available?

We provide 2 different payment methods as below:
  1. Online payment through Paypal where you can pay either by entering your credit card (if you do not have a Paypal account, or through your Paypal balance if you have a Paypal account.
  2. Cash on Delivery (CoD). Choosing this method will allow you to pay with cash upon the delivery or collection of your product.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The delivery time depends on the delivery location. Delivery within the cities' main areas usually takes from 1 to 2 work days. Delivery to remote areas might take longer.

How Do I Track My Order?

If Dizzle will perform the delivery there is no way to track your order. If the delivery is performed with ACS Courier or AKIS Express you will be able to track your order through the courier's websites using your order tracking number that we will provide you.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

You do not an account to place your order. During the checkout process you can choose to checkout as a guest, if you do not have and do not want to create an account. We suggest though creating an account since this way you will be able to maintain a record of your orders and will be able to receive notifications from us for new products, sales etc.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

You can cancel your order by sending us an email, contacting us through our website contact form or give us a direct call. You will need to provide us your order number (you will see this number in the order confirmation email you will receive. The same process applies if you want to change your order.
