Sage, De'Longhi, KitchenAid, Philips, Dyson, Remington, Kenwood, Meaco, Victorinox, Wenger, Fissler, Rowenta, Russell Hobbs, Morphy Richards, Beurer, Broil King, Ufesa, Colibri and Porsche Design, among others. Dizzle is also the authorised distributor of Ass Savers in Cyprus.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every product is brand new and genuine, bought from the brand's authorised distributor in Cyprus. Because of that, the manufacturer's warranty is valid and service and spare parts come through the brand's own network on the island.
How much does delivery cost in Cyprus?
Delivery is free on every order within Cyprus, with no minimum spend. Orders are delivered by ACS Courier or Dizzle's own delivery service, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Shipping policy
Can I collect my order?
Yes, free of charge. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect from the office at 7 Agiou Therapontos Street, Strovolos, Nicosia, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours; wait for the "ready for pickup" email.
Does Dizzle ship outside Cyprus?
Yes. Dizzle ships worldwide with the Cyprus Postal Service and FedEx, depending on the destination. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
What is the returns policy?
You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Dizzle pays the return shipping and refunds the full price to the original payment method. Sealed personal care products cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty. Returns policy
What warranty do products have?
Every product has the manufacturer's warranty, plus the two-year legal guarantee for consumers in the EU. To make a claim, contact Dizzle: the team arranges collection, deals with the authorised service centre and keeps you informed until the product is repaired, replaced or refunded. Warranty Policy
How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, or cash on delivery for orders within Cyprus. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.
Does Dizzle have a physical shop?
No. Dizzle sells online only. The office in Strovolos, Nicosia is open for order pickup, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
