The Sage Smart Kettle (SKE825) is a 1.7 litre variable temperature kettle in brushed stainless steel. Five preset temperatures heat water to the right level for green, white, oolong and black tea and for French press coffee.

Why temperature matters

Green and white teas are brewed below boiling point, while black tea needs a full boil. Choosing the preset for your drink heats the water to that temperature and stops there.
