The Sage Barista Express (BES875UK) is an espresso machine with a built-in conical burr grinder, in brushed stainless steel. You grind, dose and extract yourself, and texture milk with the steam wand for lattes and cappuccinos.

• Hands-free grinding: the grinding cradle holds the portafilter while it fills.
• Precise temperature: digital temperature control (PID) and a Thermocoil heating system with a stainless steel water path.
• Pre-infusion: water pressure rises gradually to expand the grounds gently for an even extraction.
• Steam wand: texture milk into micro-foam by hand for lattes and cappuccinos.

Shot control

Choose a single or a double shot, or override the volume manually. After steaming, a purge function adjusts the water temperature for the next espresso. The water tank holds 2 L and the machine weighs 10.6 kg.
