Le Creuset Signature 20258280000422 Frying Pan – 28 cm, Cast Iron, Wooden Handle (Satin Black)

The Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Frying Pan 28cm in Satin Black has an enamelled cast iron body and a wooden handle. It works on all hobs, including induction.

Key features

• Cast iron body: cast iron that needs no seasoning, spreads heat evenly and holds it well.
• Satin black interior: the enamel inside builds up a natural patina with use, which helps food release and cuts down on oil.
• Stay-cool handle: a wooden handle that stays cool to the touch and has a loop for hanging the pan up.
• Helper handle: a second handle on the opposite side gives you better control when lifting the pan from hob to table.
• Chip-resistant exterior: the coloured enamel outside resists shock, which protects against chips and cracks.
• All hobs: suitable for every type of hob, induction included.

Looking after the patina

The enamel interior darkens and becomes smoother the more you cook. Cook on a low to medium heat to protect the cast iron and get the best results.
