The KitchenAid Artisan Maximum Extraction Juicer (5KVJ0111) is a slow juicer with a two-stage system: a stainless steel blade pre-slices the produce before the auger presses it. Three pulp screens cover juice, pulpy juice and sauces.
Key features
- Two-stage juicing: a stainless steel pre-slicing blade cuts the fruit and vegetables before the auger presses out the juice.
- Three pulp screens: choose the low pulp, high pulp or saucing and jams screen.
- Reverse function: the motor runs backwards to free food that has become stuck during extraction.
- Wide feed tube: the 2-in-1 extra-wide feed tube with hopper takes soft, hard and leafy produce, and doubles as the food pusher.
- Bowl wiper: a wiper basket cleans the screen and the juicing bowl.
- Die-cast metal: the compact body is die-cast metal.
