Kenwood MultiPro Compact FDM301SS Food Processor – 2.1 L, 800 W, 1.2 L Blender

The Kenwood MultiPro Compact (FDM301SS) is an 800 W food processor with a 2.1 litre bowl and a 1.2 litre blender. It chops, slices, grates, kneads, whisks, blends and presses citrus fruit from one compact base.

Key features

• 800 W motor: one 800 W base drives the bowl, the blender and the citrus press.
• 2.1 litre bowl: the main bowl holds 2.1 litres, with a working capacity of 1.2 litres.
• Two speeds and pulse: two speed settings and a pulse function control the texture.
• 1.2 litre blender: the plastic blender jug holds 1.2 litres for soups and drinks.
• Slicing and grating discs: two reversible discs slice and grate at 2 mm and 4 mm, and a further disc grates extra fine.
• Safety interlock: the motor starts only when the bowl and lid are locked in place.

Baking tools

A dough tool kneads bread dough and a dual metal whisk whips egg whites and cream.

Most of the tools can go in the dishwasher. The blender unit should be rinsed under the tap instead.
