The Gastroback Design Espresso Barista Touch (42623) is a programmable portafilter espresso machine with a built-in conical burr grinder and a colour touchscreen. It works with fresh beans, ground coffee or E.S.E. pods.

• Touchscreen menu: guides you through each drink on screen, in German, English or Italian, with coffee and tea specialities to choose from.
• Saved favourites: lets you programme your own favourite drink and call it up again whenever you like.
• Built-in grinder: a removable conical burr grinder with 11 grind settings and an adjustable coffee quantity.
• Quick heat-up: a thermoblock heater is ready in about 1.5 minutes, with brewing temperature adjustable in 4 stages.
• Milk and hot water: a 360° swivelling frothing nozzle for milk and an integrated hot water function.
• Cup warming plate: keeps up to 6 espresso cups warm on top of the machine.

Beans, grounds or pods

The removable bean container holds 200 g of beans, enough for up to 30 espresso shots. You can also use ground coffee or E.S.E. pods. A pre-brew function and a professional ULKA pump rated at 15 bar handle the extraction.
