The Sage Barista Express Impress (SES876BSS) in brushed stainless steel keeps the hands-on feel of making espresso and takes the guesswork out of the two steps that most often go wrong: dosing and tamping.

- Impress™ puck system: smart dosing monitors your grind and adjusts the next dose based on your last extraction.
- Assisted tamping: tamp with the side lever; an LED gauge confirms when the puck height is right.
- Integrated grinder: conical burrs with 25 grind settings and a 250 g bean hopper.
- Precise temperature: a PID-controlled Thermocoil heating system delivers water at 93°C.
- Even extraction: low-pressure pre-infusion soaks the grounds before the 15 bar pump reaches full pressure.
- Manual steam wand: texture milk by hand for flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos.
Less mess, more consistency
Because tamping happens inside the machine, coffee grounds stay in the portafilter and the internal chute instead of on your worktop. The dose corrects itself from one shot to the next, so results stay consistent cup after cup.
