The Victorinox Grand Maître Bread and Pastry Knife (7.7430.26G) is a forged knife with a 26 cm wavy-edge stainless steel blade and a modified maple wood handle. It cuts through crusty loaves and all kinds of pastry.

- Forged full tang: the forged blade runs the full length of the handle, is uniformly hardened and balanced.
