The Victorinox Swiss Classic Cutlery Block (6.7173.8) is a compact beechwood block holding eight Swiss Classic knives with stainless steel blades. The set covers cutting, dicing, paring and carving.
Key features
- Eight knives: the block holds steak, paring, tomato and table, carving, Santoku and bread knives.
- Paring knives: three paring knives are included: an 8 cm wavy edge, an 8 cm pointed tip and a 10 cm pointed tip.
- Larger knives: the set has a 19 cm carving knife, a 17 cm fluted Santoku knife and a 21 cm wavy-edge bread knife.
- Beechwood block: the compact beechwood block keeps the knives organised and within reach.
