The Victorinox Wood Chef's Knife (5.2000.25G) is a carving knife with a long, slim 25 cm stainless steel blade and a modified maple wood handle. It is made for carving all kinds of meat, from chicken to lamb and pork.

- Long slim blade: the 25 cm blade is extra long and slim for carving poultry, roasts and other meat.
- Straight edge: the plain straight edge gives clean, even slices.
- Stainless steel: the blade is made of wear-resistant stainless steel and is stamped, not forged.
- Maple wood handle: the brown handle is made of modified maple.
- Size and weight: the knife is 386 mm long overall and weighs 200 g.
- Hand wash only: the knife is not dishwasher safe.
Care
Wash the knife by hand and dry it straight away. The wooden handle should not go in the dishwasher.
