Description
The Fissler Adamant Classic (157-304-24-100) is a 24 cm aluminium frying pan with a scratch-resistant non-stick coating reinforced with silicon carbide particles. It suits searing meat as well as gentle egg dishes, on any hob including induction.

- Adamant coating: a water-based non-stick coating with silicon carbide particles that stands up to metal utensils.
- Cookstar base: works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs and spreads heat evenly.
- Rounded body: high sides and a pouring rim make it easy to toss vegetables and pour sauces.
- Safety handle: the plastic handle has a flame guard and a hanging eyelet.
- Recycled aluminium: made in Germany from up to 60% recycled aluminium.
- PFOA-free: the coating is made without PFOA.
Size
The pan measures 24 cm across the top with a 16.8 cm base and holds 1.7 litres.
