Description
The Broil King Imperial S 590 (998083) is a built-in gas barbecue grill head with five stainless steel Dual-Tube burners and cast stainless steel cooking grids. It has a rear rotisserie burner and comes with a rotisserie kit.

- Five burners: five stainless steel Dual-Tube burners heat the main cooking area.
- Stainless steel grids: cast stainless steel cooking grids sit over the stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system.
- Rotisserie burner: a stainless steel rear rotisserie burner comes with a rotisserie kit.
- Cooking space: primary cooking space is 4,000 sq cm, and 5,600 sq cm in total including the porcelain-coated warming rack.
- Built-in lights: lights are fitted in the cook box and on the control knobs.
- Heat control: Linear-Flow valves with 180° Sensi-Touch control adjust each burner.
Lid and cleaning
The roll-action lid has cast aluminium end caps, stainless steel handles and a Deluxe Accu-Temp thermometer. A slide-out grease tray collects drips.
Ignition
The Sure-Lite electronic ignition system uses two electrodes to light the burners.
